My journey started as a kid, roller-skating through my grandfather’s consignment shop before opening hours. He was a remarkable businessman—kind, resourceful, and dedicated to making every customer feel valued. From matching shoes to running the cash register, I learned the importance of hard work, creative problem-solving, and treating everyone with respect. His knack for turning a broken broomstick into a useful tool taught me that nothing goes to waste, and everyone has purpose. I founded Foundational Growth Marketing as a tribute to him, helping small businesses grow with the same care and ingenuity.
A Digital Pioneer with Proven Results
My love for technology began in 1998, building websites on platforms like Homestead and AOL Easy Designer. By 2001, I was featured in the Courier-Journal for my tech savvy, catching the eye of a local entrepreneur. That connection led me to work on LouisvilleMojo.com—a precursor to modern social platforms—where I brought my vision for community-driven websites to life.
One of my proudest achievements was creating MojoCycle, a motorcycle group on LouisvilleMojo that grew to over 2,000 members. With no budget for ads, I reverse-engineered Google’s algorithm to rank our pages at the top of search results, driving visibility and community impact. From organizing record-breaking events featured in Guinness World Records to attracting attention from EasyRiders Magazine and the History Channel, I saw firsthand the power of organic digital strategies.
Since then, I’ve worked across industries—startups, healthcare, automotive, and more—both on the agency and client side. I’ve built automation tools that slashed onboarding times from weeks to days, grew a cable management business to $1M in monthly Amazon sales, and turned around “lost” clients by crafting tailored digital solutions.
